We would like to formally compliment you and your staff on the successful and exceedingly satisfactory completion of our new home.  Our hopes and dreams have come to fruition with this house and we have been impressed and pleased with our dealings with your company since the outset of the project.

As you are aware, this design was quite complex and involved considerable engineering and framing expertise.  We are aware of no other builders in the area that in our opinion could have completed this structure to our satisfaction as you have done.  Additionally you keenly monitored the minute details of finishing work and all the little 'extras' that make a home so livable and convenient.  There are absolutely no major areas that we wished we would have changed thanks to your direction and suggestions throughout the construction process.
