Just a short note to thank you for the beautiful house that you have built for me. The first time I met with you, Bob, I expressed that everyone I've ever known had a terrible experience when they were building a house. You described two main differences with your company-no surprise/hidden costs at the end, and the best quality possible-and you came through for me on both counts. I brag about you and your people to everyone I talk with about this subject.

Everyone who sees my home is so impressed with the appearance and the ''extra touches,'' like extra outlets, ceiling lights in all the right places, the difference a 9ft. ceiling, makes at a minimal cost, and many more examples. Mike, you came through so many times with suggestions (like a white sink instead of almond) and ideas for lighting, cable outlets, etc. I've received a quick response to any problem (and they have been few and very minor). I just can't say enough good things to you people. I appreciate everyone who works for you. It's been a real pleasure meeting and knowing you. The whole experience was more like being treated like 'family'' than just a customer.

One other significant factor is that you choose very good people as subcontractors for plumbing, kitchen cabinets, etc., and you follow up to make sure that things are done right. The quality shows.

Everything works like a charm in my home, including the fireplace (it puts out more heat than I ever dreamed). I am finally getting the finishing touches on the interior with regard to furniture and decorating, and it's been really fun.
